I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room with the kitchenette offered a great view of the lagoon, and the comfortable king-size bed with fresh linens every day made me feel right at home. The service was top-notch, from the welcoming front desk to the attentive waiters at the outdoor bar. The location was ideal, nestled in a quieter area of Cancun directly on the lagoon of Nichupte in the zona hotelera, providing the perfect mix of easy access to everything and a peaceful atmosphere. The dining experience with traditional meals was satisfying, and the facilities were excellent, offering everything I needed for a pleasant stay.
